At Bhavinaya, we are committed to providing quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Every product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before packing and dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns & No Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once an order has been delivered.
As we are unable to resell returned items, all purchases are considered final. Customers are requested to review product descriptions, measurements, and our Size Guide carefully before placing an order.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for:

Incorrect size selection.

Change of mind after purchase.

Preference-related concerns such as color, fit, fabric feel, or design expectations.

Minor variations in color due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To raise a claim, the following are mandatory:

The outer packaging.

The shipping label.

The damaged area of the product.

An uninterrupted, continuous unboxing video showing:

The sealed package before opening.

The complete opening process.
-
The product and the defect clearly visible.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review or approval.
Claim Verification
Upon receiving your claim, our team will review the submitted evidence to verify the reported damage or defect.
As all products are quality-checked prior to dispatch, approval of claims is solely at the discretion of officials at Bhavinaya after verification.
Claims may be rejected if:

The evidence provided is incomplete or unclear.

The damage appears to have occurred after delivery.

The product has been used, washed, altered, or tampered with.

The claim is raised after the specified reporting period.
Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
Replacement requests will be processed only after verification and approval by our team.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances.
A refund will be considered only if:

A damage or defect claim has been approved; and

A replacement of the same product is not available due to stock unavailability.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable banking timelines.
Non-Eligible Cases
The following situations are not eligible for replacement or refund:

Color differences caused by screen settings, photography, or lighting.

Dissatisfaction with fit, style, fabric, or personal preference.

Damage resulting from improper handling, washing, storage, or misuse after delivery.

Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Missing unboxing video or insufficient evidence.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
